Boston Code Camp 22: Unit-Testing Promises

Here's the first Plunk from my presentation at Boston Code Camp 22 on Mastering JavaScript Promises.

The Plunk demonstrates a couple of points about unit-testing Promise-based code. In its initial state, it fails. To fix the problems, go to index.html and read the comments there.
